個人利用・商用利用ができます。（商用利用は条件により拡張ライセンスをご購入頂く必要のある場合がございます。以下ご参照ください。）
著作権・著作人格権は放棄しません。
通常ライセンスでできること

＜自社のプロジェクトで使用される場合＞
１）従業員さん人数５０人未満
２）ダウンロード素材をご使用になられるプロジェクトの総予算が税込１００万円未満
の両方を満たしている
＜クラアントのプロジェクトで使用される、またはその可能性がある場合＞
１）貴社とクライアントの会社の両方がそれぞれ従業員さん人数５０人以下
２）ダウンロード素材をご使用になられるプロジェクトの総予算が税込１００万円未満
の両方を満たしている
拡張ライセンスが必要とされるケース
☑️ 通常ライセンスの条件を満たさない商用利用
１）貴社とクライアントのどちらかの会社または両方の会社が従業員さん５０人以上
２）プロジェクトの総予算が税込１００万円以上
のどちらか、または両方に当てはまる場合
ダウンロード素材について
★ お買い上げいただいたダウンロード素材は無期限・回数無制限で使用して頂けます。ただし、独占使用はできませんのでロゴや商標へのご使用はご遠慮ください。
使用例：パンフレット、ポスター、フリーペーパー、チラシ、販売目的でないメッセージカード、イベントの装飾、店舗で使用する印刷物、Webサイトなど
ご使用いただけないもの：ロゴや商標への使用、商品として販売する品物への印刷、ダウンロード素材として再配布することなど（装飾・加工・デザインなどを加えたものでも不可です）
★ クライアントのプロジェクトでダウンロード素材をご使用になる場合、クライアントは最終の制作物を受け取るようにしていただき、元のデータファイルにアクセスすることはご遠慮ください。
★ 第三者や他団体へのデータの受け渡しや二次ライセンスとしてご利用頂くことはできません。そのままの状態であっても、変更を加えた状態であっても、有料・無料にかかわらず販売や配布をすることはできません。
例１：オンデマンドサービスのウェブサイト／メディア等で、購入したコンテンツを使って作った制作物をアップロードして販売することはできません。例えば購入した素材を使ってデザインしたTシャツをオンデマンドサイトなどでの販売等は不可です。
例２：販売目的や配布目的のテンプレートにはご使用できません。例えばウェブサイトデザインのテンプレート、パワーポイントテンプレートなどへの使用は不可です。
★ ポルノ商品や、暴力、宗教、非社会的商品には使用することはできません。
また、法律に違反する内容のものにはご使用することはできません。
イラストのお取り扱いについて
OK なこと
★ 縦横比を変えないサイズの変更
★ 多少の色の変更
★ ご購入者様や他の制作者の方が制作したイラストやデザインと並べて使うこと
（ただし著作権のお取り扱いにはご注意下さい。例えば、ご購入いただいたイラストをお客様が制作したイラストに組み合わせて新しいイラストとして制作した場合でも、ご購入いただいたイラスト部分の著作権は譲渡できません。）
NG なこと
★ 形やサイズ比率などの大幅な変更（例：目の形を変える、体と顔の比率を変える、太らせる、痩せさせる、など）
★ 大幅に分解して組み合わせて使うこと（例：顔だけを切り取って他の方のイラストとつなぎ合わせる等）
当サイトのサービスをご利用頂きダウンロード素材をご購入頂いた時点で、上記の条件に同意していただいたものとさせて頂きます。

License Information
After you purchase the license, you could use our illustrations in personal use and/or commercial use. (For commercial use, there are some cases you need the Extended License. Please see the regulations below.)
Copyright stays with artist.
Standard License
With Standard License, you are allowed to use our illustrations for:

☑️ Commercial use in the condition below

2) The total project budget in which you intend to use our illustrations is under $10,000 (tax included)

2) The total project budget in which you intend to use our illustrations is under $10,000 (tax included)
Extended License
☑️ You need Extended License when you use our illustrations for commercial use and don’t meet the conditions of Standard License. It means when you fit with any or all of these conditions, you will need Extended License.
1) The number of your company’s employees is over 50 people.
2) The number of employees of your client’s company are over 50 people.
3) The total project budget in which you intend to use our illustrations is $10,000 (tax included) or over.
About Contents
★ Both Standard License and Extended License allow you to use illustrations multiple times, in multiple projects. You could download in 365 days after your purchase. However, as you do not have exclusive rights for the illustrations, any license allows you to use illustrations as logos and trademarks. And the copyright stays with the artist.
Example use:
for......Brochure, posters, magazines, flyers, message cards (no intension for sale), holiday and party decorations, items for using at shops and restaurants, web sites, etc.
Prohibited use:
for......logos, trademarks, products for sale, recontributions or resale at another illustrations/graphic download sites, designs for sale at POD medias, etc.
★ In the case, you use illustrations for client’s projects, the client should receive only your final design product, but not the source files that you purchased from here.
★ You may not sub license and/or place any of our illustrations, modified or unmodified, on website or any other media with the intention of offering them and offer them for redistribution or resale.
Example 1: POD website
You may not distribute and/or sell designs with using our illustrations at print on demand service website even if you design or modified from the original.
Example 2: Templates that the third person can reach out our illustration data.
You are not allowed to use our illustrations for website design templates, PowerPoint templates, digital brochure design template, e-greeting cards templates, do-it-yourself templates, etc.
★You may not use our illustrations for any pornographic or unlawful purpose, to defame a person, to violate a person's right to privacy or publicity, to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, or service mark of any person/entity. Also, you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of our products, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Illustration Regulation
Allowed:
★ Change illustration size with maintaining aspect ratio
★ Change colors slightly
★Use with your/other person’s graphic and/or illustrations (Noted: Please be careful dealing with copyright. For example, if you use our illustrations with your illustration, we cannot give you the copyright of the part of our illustrations.)
Not Allowed:
★ Significant modify (Example: significant ratio modifies, shape modify, change eyes, the ratio of head and body modify, make fatter, thinner, etc.)
★ Use with significant disassembled (Example: cut the head and assemble to another illustrations)
